YAMAGATA INTECH Corporation hereby declares that the company will institute and execute its personal information protection policy in order to strictly control and protect all personal information which we came to know in the course of business based on our compliance program.

  1. Based on our compliance program, we will strictly control all personal information which we obtain in the course of business.
  2. For the most stringent execution of our "Personal Information Protection Policy", we will appoint a personal information protection manager and the controller of audits.
  3. When we need to provide personal information outside our company or when subcontracting projects which include personal information, we will take necessary measures to protect such information.
  4. We will retrain all of our employees on our "Personal Information Protection Policy" at least once a year and audit the observance of our personal information protection internally.
  5. We will establish a permanent customer service center for private information protection.

YAMAGATA INTECH Corporation will make sure that all our employees and all personnel who are involved in the business will fully understand the objective and purpose of this policy and continuously make improvements in their daily jobs.
